True moat comes from domain expertise, deep integration, and customer relationships.

Startup acquisitions, meanwhile, remain muted. But as valuations normalize and vertical agents prove stickiness, expect an acceleration in startup M&A by late 2025 into early 2026.

The Future of Agentic Customer Experience

On August 14, AGI House partnered with Forethought to host a dinner on Agentic Customer Experience. We explored how AI agents are transforming customer experience, sales, and business models.
