Founder of Android, Token Billionaires, Proactive Agents & Physical AI

Vincent Koc, core contributor of OpenClaw, has a term for where we are: the token billionaire era. The bottleneck isn't capability anymore, instead it's efficiency, personality, and what you build on top of the models. This Sunday, Rich Miner, the co-founder of Android, joins AGI House & Even Realities to do exactly that: building proactive agents on hardware that's always on. Meanwhile, Berkeley students are demoing their first real AI systems, Stanford's Frontier Lunch Club kicks off.

Proactive Agent Build Day — April 26th @ AGI House

Rich Miner helped build the OS on two billion phones. This Sunday he's giving a talk to help you build what comes next.

Join us for a full-day build around a constraint most agent builders haven't faced yet: what does agent design look like when the interface is always on? Every team gets hands-on time with the Even Realities G2, new AI glasses built for ambient computing, from the start of the day. Win $1,000 for your team and a pair of G2 glasses for every member.

Space is limited.

New from Even Realities: Terminal Mode

Even Realities just shipped Terminal Mode — a HUD terminal that turns the G2 glasses into a live readout for your dev loop. Think of this as a Claude Code session straight onto your face. No context switch, no second monitor. Early access drops alongside Proactive Agent Build Day on April 26.

Open to all Stanford students, the Frontier Lunch Club is a home for those who want to stay connected to the frontier beyond the classroom. Members get access to small, closed-door lunches and dinners with the researchers and founders shaping the field, plus a spot in AGI House's recruiting pipeline — the network leading AI companies use when looking for exceptional interns and full-time hires.

There's also $1,000 on the table. Details coming soon.

The first dinner is on Stanford campus next Thursday, April 30. Apply now to be included.

Don’t worry Berkeley, we haven’t forgotten you…

UC Berkeley × AGI House Demo Day — April 27th @ AGI House

We've been doing a few things with UC Berkeley lately. This Monday, their new post-training course wraps up at the house — fast, technical demos from students who went end to end, from raw model capability to real deployed systems. Organized by Kevin Miao (fmr post-training lead, Siri) and Karina Nguyen (fmr Anthropic and OpenAI).

Agent Harness Build Day — Recap

April 18 · AGI House × PingCAP × Daytona

Last Saturday we packed the house for a full day of building around one of the hardest problems in production AI: keeping agents on task, in memory, and actually reliable past the fiftieth tool call.

Vincent Koc, core contributor of OpenClaw, set the tone. He calls himself a token billionaire — not as a flex, but as a reframe. The bottleneck in agentic systems isn't capability anymore, it's efficiency. His other challenge to the room: nobody has cracked the eval for agent personality. Not the accuracy, not the reliability — the warmth. The sense that something actually gets you. He's still waiting for someone to build it.

Laura Modiano (Startups Lead, OpenAI) and Ivan Burazin (Co-founder, Daytona) rounded out a keynote that left the room with a lot to chew on before the build sprint even started. Eighteen teams took it from there.

One Small Step for Cursor, One Giant Leap for the Stack

SpaceX announced a deal with Cursor to develop a next-generation "coding and knowledge work AI," securing an option to acquire the startup for $60 billion later this year — or pay $10 billion for their work together. The partnership pairs Cursor's product and distribution with SpaceX's Colossus supercomputer, which the company claims has the equivalent compute power of a million Nvidia H100 chips. The read: control the coding tool, control which models developers reach for every day.
